How much is the deposit and when do I pay the balance?
Bookings can usually be held on option for a maximum of seven days during which time a deposit of £30.00 per person for UK coach holidays and £40.00 for European coach holidays is required to confirm the booking. The deposit for flight-inclusive holidays is £100.00 per person. The outstanding balance is due six weeks before the departure date. This will be indicated on your confirmation of booking.
For concerts and events we usually require deposit of full payment at time of booking.

How do I make my payment?
We can take payments over the telephone from most of the major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque (cheque payable to Reays Coaches Limited) or cash.
All credit card payments are subject to 2% transaction fee whilst all debit card payments are subject to a 30p transaction fee.

I have booked a holiday. When will I receive my final confirmation?
Travel tickets confirming your coach departure time(s) together with luggage labels and final itinerary will be issued 7-14 days before the tour departure date.

When will I receive my event tickets?
If applicable, all concert and event tickets will be issued on-board the coach. All event tickets are sold as part of a coach-inclusive package and for security reasons, to prevent loss or damage and to prevent inflated resale of tickets, we regret we are unable to issue tickets before you join the coach.
